500 million acres.

I wish they'd break that up like they do in Europe when it gets really big. The odds would be better. Can you imagine 500 million dollar winners? No one person needs 500 million dollars!

500-1000 rolling acres, 40 acre lake, and 5 homes with incredible views. For the folks and my 3 brothers and their families, and of course enough space in between the homes

I'd buy California for a nickle on the dollar, close the Delta to everybody but PB subscribers and my friends, and put up a Whataburger on every corner.

I have two bug's tho.
1) is the guy/gal blowing their wad on lottery tickets every week. Must think the world will change when they hit it big. Still gonna be the same old crap, but add the new crap that you do not know how to deal with, and you are in deeper crap

2) Who in the heck whips out a credit/debit card for a dollar purchase? Many do! Come on man, you ain't got a dollar bill or enough change in your pocket/glove box/ash tray/on the floor to cover it??? Then the card get's rejected!!!

I use my debit for everything. I never use change except for the snack machine at work.

I buy 1 ticket every week automatically. Even if I never win anything it is a lot cheaper and has a ton more upside than paying taxes.

I don't usually play, but what the heck. I've wasted a couple of bucks on sillier stuff.

We are building a huge dock right now. Its a floating dock with 2 boat slips with lifts to lift the boats out of the water. The second story is 20x36 with tongue and groove vinyl decking that wont leak...








Ironically this dock actually is for the guy who hit the lottery, the dock in the tv clip was actually built at my lake and staged that it was for Bob....

I recently read or heard that most lottery winners are broke within 5 years. I bet that would be a heckuva 5 years.

My luck has always been pretty lousy on the lottery. If I did play and hit the right numbers somebody else would also hit and I'd have to split it. Like I said, lousy luck.

I saw an interview of a guy that did hit it. He said he bought 2 tickets and therefore wasted one dollar.

Dave, you're right, that splitting with someone would almost be a real pisser. Let me put a pencil to this: $500m/2 - 30% taxes - $2m to me, would only leave you about $170m+ for a few more tackle boxes etc.

You know the odds are really bad but there are people that have won lotteries more than once including a guy that hit 1 million dollars twice. What are the odds of that?
