Travis, this particular trip to Alaska in the early 70�s could have made a genuine reality show.
I was there strictly as an observer � my group was at a remote base camp on the Aleutian Peninsula, responsible for quality control of seismic digital data acquisition and processing, while employed by a major O&G company.

I need to have my old slides digitized but would be expensive.

It was a helicopter operation so as to leave no �footprint� on the tundra � supported by fixed wing aircraft, single rotor chopper and twin rotor Sikorsky helicopters.

I was lucky enough to have a floatplane available for my use as well as a chopper that allowed me to fish a remote river. We explored killer whales, a volcano and many glaciers � part of my job � someone had to do it. grin
