I have a Barnett Predator. It supposedly shoots 375 FPS. I shoot the Rage 2 blades and havent had any problems. I shoot the practive broad head that they send with it at a cheap bag from wally world and they come out pretty easy. I also discharge after every hunt into this bag at only 10 ft away and have no problems pulling the bolt out. I shot a doe Sunday night directly under my stand and it blew a hole so big that I think I could have set a pepsi can in it. I wish I had a pic to show. Anyhow, thats just my 2 cents.
