JohnT - if you have the YP in with LMB you may not have lots of perch available. If YP are common they are willing bitters and pretty easy to catch on any of the above mentioned baits. If you are having trouble catching YP then my guess is relatively few YP are present. In weedy ponds YP will survive and flourish.
