Some of us who are somewhat familiar with windmill aerators may be unfamiliar with other windmill uses and how they are mechanized (like me). The only other windmill application I have personally seen is the (traditional) water pumping setup with a rod hooked to a cam on the windmill reciprocating vertically to work what we call a pitcher pump (handle that moves up and down vertically).

1) What is you existing windmill currently used for and 2) how and to what is it mechanically connected to do that?
