There was a classic car gathering and a bunch of other tourist. No facility employees were there, and all the doors to buildings with fish were open. It's a self guided tour thru the facility. The only restriction (which no one was there to enforce) was you could not enter if you were wearing waders. Other local news for the area was "Engineer regrets dam breach"!
