Aug. 18 I reported my CB LMB had hit 9" since May 8 2-1/2"stocking.
Sept.24 I caught and threw back a 10"er.
I will try to catch one to measure around Nov. 8th and give a SIX MONTH growth report. I will weigh one for the first time also.

Dennis, I am really excited about Camelot Bell genetics, not only for their potential growth and size, but for their "catchability" genes.

Can you believe that I have a culling plan going forward to remove as many pure Florida LMB as possible from our ponds before next spring spawn, to introduce as many CB genes as possible?

My 2.5" Camelot Bell fingerlings I stocked May 7th have now produced a 11.25" bass as of today November 14. Not a bad growth rate for 6 months and 1 week.

As of December 8 my original CB LMB are 7 months in the pond. They started at 2.5 inches. I have now caught a 12 incher

CONGRATULATIONS!
Caught my first fin clipped CB LMB last week - weighed in at ~2 lbs @ 15 inches - 8 months old!
