Great point Cecil. I use Morton's Kosher salt, as it has no additives. That works! As well as for some awesome Cold Chill Dill's!

You might want to look into a small amount of defoaming agent as well.....

You really think he has to bother with that? I never had a problem with it unless I had fish stacked in like cord wood.

For a 3.5 hr trip it wouldn't hurt to have some with just in case..... Hey, I've seen you prepare to haul fish and if the kitchen sink wasn't bolted down I think you'd have it in the vehicle too! ![grin grin](/images/graemlins/default/grin.gif)
