Looking for some suggestions for experienced, honest, knowledgable pond contractors/construction consultants in SW PA (Pittsburgh) area. Having some issues with a newer pond and need to find someone that really knows what they are doing to get me out of the situation I have been put into.

I have a new construction pond (spring 2011) that a local contractor put in that has leaked since day one. He was back this spring and again during the summer (at my expense) with the leak now worse than before.
The contractor is now "out of ideas" so I am looking for some recommendation from those of you that might know of someone with better experience.
I am am in Beaver County and about 30 minutes from the airport.

I can't help with a contractor in the area, sorry. The only ponds that I know of that have little to no leaks are ones that have been built in good clay soil, or have had clay properly compacted 18"+ thick everyplace that the water would touch.
