Zep, are up butchering them yourself? The butcher in town says that hogs under 60 Lbs are very tasty. After that, they start to get gamy. I also hear from a few of the locals that there is a market for the really big one. I hear they are exported to Asia. If you want anymore info about that, PM me and I'll give you some names and numbers. That size looks very tasty! I'm thinking BBQ sause and ribs!!!!
