You shouldn't have any problem doing what you are planning. The only concern I see is adding the trout this month. It will depend on your water temperature. I wouldn't put them in unless the water is at least down to about 65 degrees at a 3-4 foot depth. Several warm and sunny days could really affect the fish.
Hand feeding in that size pond will be a lot of fun. RBT are very acrobatic at feeding time. For us, feeding is actually more fun than catching them. If you can, get several, or all, as golden trout. They are just mutants of RBT, but much easier to see in the pond.
They will love the forage fish, probably wiping them out. If so, they are easy to replace next summer.
