The seine should be taller than the water is deep. Make sure the bottom of the seine is moved first, creating a belly in the seine. The CC will swim up and won't be able to go down thru the net and out unless they swim way in front of the net.
If pulled slow enough, you might not have to pull on the top of the seine at all. You don't want to pull it fast enough to pop the bottom mud line up off the bottom, or make the top of the seine go underwater.
