BCP are not a good species to stock in a small BOW, although they are more appropriate than WCP. Unless you plan on intensive management practices [seining, angling, trapping, etc.] they will likely overpopulate and stunt and stress your forage base unnecessarily. Unless triploids become commercially available Crappie stocking will likely continue to be discouraged fishery management practice for small BOWs [under 20 acres].
