Ric,
Are you assuming that you will get sufficient cooling from evaporation from the falls? I would not think this would be very substantial. Do you have any data to show how much cooling you could get? I would find that interesting.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
