I just treated a small pond with Sonar Genesis (floridone) for watermeal. Can I go ahead and rotenone the pond to get rid of the fish or do I need to wait? If so, how long do I need to wait?

I don't know the answer to your question but someone on here will soon. However I looked on your profile and I am guessing that if we knew more about you and your body of water the questions could be answered better. How big is your pond, how old is it, how deep, what are the reasons you are killing all of your fish, etc.
Hopefully a real expert will chime in soon.

The pond was about 1/3 acre and has been drawn down to about 60 feet by 70 feet and 2-3 feet deep. I have enlarged the pond to about about 2 acres. The watermeal is contained in the small pond. I am trying to kill the WM and all the fish which is basically just minnows and sunfish before it begins to fill. The small pond was about 18 years old before the renovation was complete.

Have you removed all the soil that was exposed by drawing down the pond?
If you didn't, then the WM could come right back once it fills up.
I don't believe Rotenone will affect the Fluridone, but you need to keep the same volume of water (or less) in the pond for 45-90 days.

Even I am facing the same problem as yours,if get any solution regarding that share it here.
