Well, mother nature did it again. Last week's storm tore down my windmill which was anchored in 4 feet of concrete - actually pulled it out and mangled it.

Anyways, I've decided to bite the bullet and have installed one of the complete pond aeration systems that jones fish sells. I know it's probably overkill, but I am going to install the diffuser system with 4 of those babies on it and have most of the pond covered.

I am curious for those of you running these electric diffuser systems if you run yours all the time, or simply have it on a timer to run in the afternoon/late night type deal?

I'm done fighting mother nature on aerating the pond. The windmill looked pretty, but I am done after building two of them - total pain in the butt.
