I also read where some died in Texas from eating Bermuda that created it's own toxin.

I had a friend lose a cow that ate grass around her pond.
I think she said it was nitrate poisoning.
She said one cow in 25 years died like that.
Hopefully it's fairly rare.
Fishing has never been about the fish....
