With a new pond with only two or three feet of water in it when is the best time to place the aeration disks?
Is it best to place them now or wait till the pond fills.

Don,
It will be easier to place them in the pond now, however there is nothing wrong with placing them after the pond is full as well.
If you wait until the pond is full, you will either need a boat or you need to be a good swimmer.
