I have been getting some fish from my local fish farm. They all looked healthy when I got them. I have to transport them in a huge cooler with a small aerator about 15min from his place to mine. Recently I put in 6 grass carp. Two of them died and this is what they looked like. Any idea what is on their body? I also recently put in 20 trout, one died so far. It didnt look like these but didnt look healthy either. The fish farm is licensed by NYS health dept. My pond is 3/4 acre. 20-25 ft deep in the deep end about 1/2 acre worth then it shallows out. It is really, really cold towards the bottom. I have a ton of healthy minnows, frogs, crayfish and LMB. What do you think?
