IIRC a goose poops every 10 minutes whether it wants to or not. wink They're BAD!!

We turned somewhere around 40#-50# of goose breast into jerky last year trying different flavors. None was bad, a few were better than others. All the jerky didn't last a month, so somebody liked it!!
