Nice! I second the A/C. It looks like the pier is holding up nicely too. I agree, post spawn on the LMB.
On the electric cable/pipe, it feeds thru larger dia pipe easier.... Plus they make a slime to put on the cable to get it to slide easier too, although it IS a mess to work with, and you have to be careful not to let dirt get in the mix or it gets to be a REAL mess!
