The question ask was will the seine "blocking net " work. Yes it will work and is inexpensive. It is not the only method that will work. Best advice is use several of the suggestions above in combo to reduce LMB #s and increase all forage. Increasing BG #s and size will be better than FH. He may have reasons why he can't do the other options at this time.
