PH of 7.5 is right on. PH of 8.28 is ok but if that spikes up at all which PH does do you could hit a level of concern. IMO anything over 9 is starting to get dangerous. That's just my 2 cents.
The only difference between a rut and a Grave is the depth. So get up get out of that rut and get moving!! Time to work!!

Ideal pH value is 6.5 - 7.5. Your is not at level at alarming level, if it would stay still.
