PayPal is a difficult company to deal with, I can't call an 800 number and had to do business with them via email. They would not respond unless I emailed ebay first. My experience caused me to stop using both ebay and PayPal. Before I encountered difficulties with them, as a buyer, they were a perfect match for ebay. But, like many monopolies customer service is not job one.
