Yes my wife helped me set them up over the weekend and they were very easy to set up. Also very easy to get up and running. I was worried that I might have problems understanding how to work the timers but they were easy to work. Yes the fish are starting to get the hint and it looks like a feeding frenzy on the water when they go off!!
