Perch eggs are moved all the time by producers if that is part of the method they use. A net works well by gently lifting up the egg ribbon under the water and feeding it into the net. Then place into a bucket of water and move where you want it to go.
Most likely if the eggs are going to be fertilized by males it's already been done. From the literature I have seen several males follow the female around as she exudes her eggs.
