I agree with some shrinkage but 10%?
1. Compacting should be done in stages as the pond is built. Not sure how you would compact the whole dam from the top. I would ask for clarification here.
2. I don't know what a soil dispersant is. ANYBODY?
It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.
