how much water is going over the spillway?? 10,000 gallons a minute probly not!! 300? ya sure?? can you give more details and some pictures??

It may be kind of a lame brain idea...
I was maybe "thinking out loud".
It just seems like a spillway is a boat launch backwards...
and I was just thinking maybe you could design something
at an angle and have the concrete go both ways & make it a "two-fer"
boat launch and spillway....but it may not be best.
