Anyone with a dozer can make a hole in the ground. Yep; however knowing soils, how to mix soils if needed, how to properly core, get the right slope, assure proper and adequate runoff, how to properly pack the dam, install drain pipe(s), construct a spillway.............Those things make a home for fish.
