This thread has a mind of its own. I hope to tell the whole story via pondboss magazine in the near future. Word has not spread on these bass. We plan to cash some in another pond Wednesday. I will know more then on what we will have.
Sources were pure northern from IL, northern from Malone hatchery, F1 from Malone hatchery, pure Florida from Malone via Todd Overton. We also raised f1 and stocked the fastest growers and those left after canabolism.
