This may be a "dumb question" but here we go.

Would it be possible/practical to combine a concrete over flow spillway on a 5 acre lake and a boat launch? If one was going to build an over-flow spillway and build a boat launch that would be to launch small boats and the rare electo-fishing boat could this boat launch/spillway be combined into one entity? Anyone ever seen this done?

Fishing has never been about the fish....
