Honestly a 16 acre lake is gonna take dedication and hardcore management to get back to what it was. And most of all it's gonna take $$$$$. Bucket stocking a few lmb here and there I don't think will fix your problem.. You're best bet might even be better to start over.. But you're gonna need some serious fish stocked to establish a corrected balance..

I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease..
