The HBG pond is 2/3 acre, and I feed AQ500. I considered switching to 600, but they seem to do all right on the smaller feed.

I have thought about this girl all day. When I started the HBG project, my goal was to get the fish up to 1.5lb. I truly feel that she had to be close to that mark. Naturally, I was alone with no scale...just lucky I keep a camera in the truck. Wetting a line was a spur of the moment idea, and I wasn't prepared for what I might catch.

My one consolation is thinking about what she will weigh in a few weeks, as spawning approaches.

"Forget pounds and ounces, I'm figuring displacement!"

If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1)
And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1)
Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT?
PB answer: It depends.
