When will the streak end? Today being Sunday and given sleeping in until 7:30, doubt entered my mind. Maybe I should take one day off.... guilt set in. There then was no doubt that the streak continues.

Geek Freak milestone day.....

30 days in a row doing an hour of aerobics each day.
32 days after my right hand surgery.
Added the weight bench and Bowflex today with 40 rapid reps per exersize with light (for me) weights. I do wear the brace on my right hand.

Good job bro! You have definately beaten any day in row record I have. Should be looking good for summer.

How is the healing going ? That is what is key.

Not to mention a lot of sore LMB lips come open water!


My right hand is a week or so ahead (in physical therapy terms) of where the left one was after the same period of time. I wouldn't have started the weights and Bowflex if there was any pain.

Day 37 and counting....

My surgeon called me a "Rock Star" for my super fast recovery from surgery.

I don't know about the label "Rock Star". The only Rock Star I know personally is Sunil. I don't fit that mold!

Given that your biological age actually is 31, I expected the faster-than-normal recovery. Rock stars such as Sunil have a much older biological age.

Yesterday, I told TJ that business owners reach geezerhood faster than regular people. That may apply to rock stars too.

I might have been the first rock star in a band to get paid to go play somewhere else.

I think it would be nice if you played the guitar and sang "Where Have all the Flowers Gone" at the up-coming Pond Boss Conference banquet.

The streak ended at 39 days. I came up lame in the left knee from doing some outside stuff in the snow. New streak commences tomorrow morning.

Remember the old adage, "if you can't play well, play loud."

My workout has now settled down to a minimum of 5 days per week. I burn over 600 calories per workout. Since I started back in December I have lost 25+ pounds.

There is an indication that my six pack abs are closer to the surface.

Extremities are all functioning within prescribed operational parameters.

Still at it 5 days a week.

Upped Bowflex and bench weights by 33% today. Harder work,but no problem.

Have dropped 30 pounds now.

I decided that 6 pac abs aren't for me; going for the one big ab, smooth but hairy look.

Yes, I'm back on my work out routine. My last work out (prior to resuming) was in Buenos Aires in the hotel gym the first day I was there. The second day, they closed the gym for renovation. Oh well.

I have two days in now....last Saturday, and this past Monday. Tomorrow morning is my next scheduled work out.

Going to the Grand Cayman next Thursday, so I have to make sure my beer-drinking stamina is in top form.
