For the most part, the cost equates to quality. I sure wish I could afford a Roconyx let alone enough to properly scout the properties I hunt. I've been using cheap $70 Wildgame Innovation IR cameras. They are very small, take pictures reliably, have good battery life and if they get stolen I don't cry too much as they are only $70. Trigger speed isn't too bad either... People generally walk slow enough to catch them.
