We have a woodpecker that I think needs some counseling. He pecks away on a 12 year old creosoted power pole. ??? Perchance the creosote is habit forming. I should alert the EPA.
Our weird woodpecker of years ago died of head rattling and secondary ear ringing. He would start pecking the tin roof on my junk shed at the crack of dawn every day.
