Cool discussion guys. A pondmeister app would be awesome. A lot of what you're saying is over my head, but I would be game if something like this came out.

I used to be an executive at a software development firm.
Our most daunting problem was "getting real" in terms of cost effective reality. So, be careful out there building those do all, end all, applications.

Dwight, I suppose that is my failing, i've never been in a position to be the one considering the cost, but rather the marketing and selling of the product. Good, solid point.
