Sarchasm, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but here's what I've read on this site:
1) Yes, start feeding when water temps reach 60 deg and start slowly.
2)Not positive on the size but .25 sounds correct.
3)The trick is in always feeding at the same time in the same place.
4)I think the best place for a feeder is @ the end of a pier or anywhere there is deep water to discourage fish eating birds.
