I was talking to a gal last year and her husband swears a cougar dragged one off that he shot. They found it the next day partially eaten.
There was a documented case of a cougar with a radio controlled collar in either Wisconsin or northern Michigan recently recorded on a game cam. Apparently this cougar traveled from quite a way farther west. I'll see if I can find the link. Be right back.
