I cannot provide any studies nor I'm I confident there are any. However, in speaking with both Bob Waldrup of Tyler Fish Farm and Allen Forshage , director of the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center which overseas the share a lunker program make a pretty convincing argument to the fact that there is little to no difference in catchability. Both of these men have about as much expereince with genetics as most any men in the country. Again, I have no idea who is right on this debate. However, I would lean more to a higher perecetnage of Floridas if my goal was trophy bass.
