Snapping turtles will not effect your vegetation.. One they're mainly carnivores(they will eat vegetation though).. Muskrat are vegetarians and if you had 3 that might explain some of the problem.. And 6 beavers in 1 pond is crazy I've never heard of more than one or 2..
