Normally you can reach near saturation levels at 1.5-2 turn overs per day, so I would imagine you could reach saturation very soon. You can't over aerate unless you have cold water fish species or you are running it in the winter. If you want to run the system in the winter, move the diffusers near the edge to shallow (3-4') of water.
