Pond Boss Forums AERATION Systems questions Using waterfall for aeration

Ray, the last aeration system that I installed was designed by Sue Cruz at Vetrex and I believe she designed slightly more than 3 complete pond volume "turns" per day. (That's without looking at the specs).

Somewhere there is a formula that tells you "if a waterfall is "X" wide and you want the water to be "X" deep going over the waterfall you need "Y" gallons per minute.

If you sucked the water from the bottom of the pond, I think it might be better than sucking the water from the top of the water column.
