So, basically the State of Arkansas said..."be a good boy or we might try something else.....eventually"....What a pathetic order!
This clown has been a clear theif and has made it harder for every honest fish farmer, pond manager, live hauler or anyone dealing with fish, to do business for years. By the States own evidence, this "Civil" action showed a clear history of criminal activity.
Personally, I would like to know who still sells fish to this guy?!?!?!
