i was also wondering about these pike would they make it here on the TN MS border.
i saw some for 10.00 a piece at 10" to 12" would it be worth a try?

I doubt NP would do well that far south. They are the least tolerant of warm water. Pure musky have the most tolerance and even then I don't think they'd do well. CP would do fine though.

I might add that at $10 a piece for 10-12" NP, it's worth a try if you really want NP. That's pretty inexpensive, so low risk financially.
The best chance of stocking might be at your ponds coolest temp. period of the year if your pond doesn't freeze over or get close to freezing.

I know of no commercial hatchery that sells CP.
They generally have no problems spawning in ponds.
