Looks like a house now. What's first after the outside is done ?

We are going to try and get all the walls inside put up yet this month if we can. At that point we will be locking it up till this spring. Dad has to get home, and we both need a serious break from all this fun!!! Next spring (March) I would think we will be starting on the electrical first and getting wire ran in all the right places. Then insulation and all that good stuff! Dry wall can't wait for that ha,ha... And in the cathedral area we will be putting up tongue and grove spruce boards on the ceiling and on the top of the header and footer and we will be coving the drywall seems with a 3 inch strip of spruce as well. There is a TON to do yet that's for sure, but it's a good start for this year! I am happy with where we are and I am only about 1500 bucks over budget!
The only difference between a rut and a Grave is the depth. So get up get out of that rut and get moving!! Time to work!!
