"Electrical power is off, just in case." You'd better turn the electric back on in case JHAP shows up in his Brazilian Cod Piece. If the Cod Piece alarm goes off I'll switch the power back on.  No worries. Neoprene provides excellent insulation. You don't want to know how I found this out.
