Reason for asking is that the diffuser that has a longer run will have more resistance in the line, which will direct more air to the closer diffuser. You could bump up the line diameter on the longer run, or fine tune it with ball valves on each diffuser, cutting off some of the flow to the closer diffuser to "balance" the the backpressure in both lines.
