I built a beach about two years ago in my clay pond by putting some heavy duty landscape fabric down, then 4" of pea gravel and topped with a foot of unwashed sand. So far everthing has stayed put and no significant clouding of the water. Anything stirred up quickly settles. Arond, could you tell us more about what you did? Berm? How much area, etc.? A beach is in my plans too. Any pictures of the project you could share?
