Strange eggs in my pond
It's like a hollow tube approx 3 feet long made of thousands of small eggs approx 2 to 3 mm each... like a stocking made of eggs. In shallow water at pond edge in Wisconsin, photo taken May 8th. Pond is known to contain bluegill & bullheads.

As others have said, they appear to be yellow perch eggs.
